Getting to Orlando

The Orlando International Airport, a hub for Southwest, JetBlue and Frontier Airlines, serves travelers to the region. The nearby Orlando Sanford International Airport also hosts domestic flights from Allegiant Air as well as a few international routes and seasonal charters.

Orlando is located on Interstate 4, the state’s major throughway. It is approximately a three and half hour drive north from Miami, and a two-hour drive south from Jacksonville. Orlando is also served by Amtrak and is a major stop on the Sliver Star and Silver Meteor lines, which run from Miami to New York via the Northeast Corridor.
