We’re looking for a Customer Service & Production Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to wear many different hats. This is not a typical customer service role—it’s a chance to grow into a key member of our team, helping clients succeed while supporting the business behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and ensuring a seamless experience while managing timelines on deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with the production and design teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that balance customer needs with business profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Effective multitasking, communication, and organizational skills, alongside a professional demeanor.

• Trainable & adaptable – you don’t need to know everything on day one; we’ll train you. What matters is your eagerness to learn and become a self-sufficient member of the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.

• 1 year of experience with graphics including Adobe products.

Position Details:

• Part Time (with Full-time growth potential after trial period).

• Starting salary based on experience.
