Pop-Up Display Guide
Pop-Up Displays Guide: HopUp, Embrace & OneFabric Compared
A pop-up display is the fastest way to put a full-size branded backwall in your booth. The frame folds into a small bundle, expands in seconds and takes a printed fabric graphic. APG carries three pop-up lines. This guide shows how they differ so you can pick the right one the first time.

This guide covers everything you need to choose a pop-up display:
The Basics
What Is a Pop-Up Display?
A pop-up display is a collapsible aluminum frame that expands like an accordion into a freestanding wall. A printed fabric graphic attaches to the front, and optional end caps wrap the sides for a finished look. Because the frame and graphic travel together, one person can usually set up a 10ft pop-up in minutes with no tools.
Pop-ups come in tabletop, 8ft and 10ft widths. A 10ft display fills the back of a standard 10x10 booth, and two or three units line up for 10x20 trade show booths and larger spaces.
Side by Side
HopUp vs. Embrace vs. OneFabric
All three lines use a lightweight anodized aluminum frame and dye-sublimated fabric graphics. The biggest differences are how the graphic attaches, how the edges look and what comes in the box.

HopUp Pop-Up Displays
HopUp is the tried-and-true line and APG’s best-selling pop-up. The 10ft straight model assembles to about 119"W x 90"H, ships in one box at roughly 42 lbs and sets up in 5–10 minutes. Add end caps, lights or a hard case as you need them.

Embrace SEG Pop-Up Displays
Embrace pairs the speed of a pop-up with SEG (silicone edge graphic) fabric that pushes into channels around the frame. The result is a tight, clean edge with no visible fasteners. Backlit Embrace models add LED lighting for a glowing wall that stands out on a busy show floor.

OneFabric: A Pop-Up Made From Recycled Bottles
One Planet fabric recycles about one plastic bottle for every square foot of fabric. A 10ft OneFabric graphic with end caps measures about 142" x 89" — roughly 88 square feet, or about 88 bottles kept out of landfills. Add a printed table throw and a typical small booth recycles a couple hundred more.

FAQ
Pop-Up Display FAQs
What size pop-up display do I need for a 10x10 booth?
A 10ft pop-up display fits the back wall of a standard 10x10 booth. An 8ft display leaves extra room for a counter or banner stand beside it.
How long does it take to set up a pop-up display?
Most 10ft HopUp and OneFabric displays set up in 5 to 10 minutes. A backlit Embrace display takes about 10 to 20 minutes.
What is the difference between HopUp and Embrace?
Both use a collapsible aluminum frame. HopUp graphics attach with hook-and-loop (Velcro) edges, while Embrace uses SEG push-fit fabric in channels around the frame for cleaner edges and an optional backlit look.
Is One Planet fabric really made from recycled bottles?
Yes. One Planet fabric is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, with recycled content certified under the Global Recycled Standard. It recycles about one bottle per square foot of fabric.
Can I replace the graphic on my pop-up display?
Yes. You can order a new graphic for your existing frame and reuse the hardware, which is an easy way to refresh your booth for a new message or brand update.
How long does it take to get a pop-up display?
For most products, plan on 10 to 12 business days from the time we receive your print-ready art until the display is in your hands. The “Delivery Date Needed” field at checkout shows the first available date.
