What Is One Planet Fabric?

One Planet is a polyester printing fabric made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. It was engineered for tension fabric displays, so it prints and performs like the premium fabrics exhibitors already trust.

Collect

Discarded plastic bottles are sorted and cleaned.

Bottles are chopped, melted and turned into recycled chips.

What is One Planet fabric made of?

One Planet fabric is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles that are cleaned, melted into chips, spun into yarn and knit into fabric.

How many bottles are in a trade show display?

One Planet recycles about one bottle per square foot of fabric. A 10ft OneFabric graphic with end caps uses about 88 bottles, and a 10x10 backwall plus table throw uses about 265.

Does recycled fabric look as good as standard display fabric?

Yes. One Planet has a smooth matte finish that holds color well, so graphics print bright and sharp. It is also wrinkle resistant and lightweight.

Is One Planet fabric flame retardant?

Yes. One Planet fabric is flame retardant to NFPA 701, a common requirement at trade show venues.

Is the recycled content certified?
