Please submit your art files based on the product template according to our Art Guidelines. Your order may be delayed if art submitted does not meet our guidelines and/or if art is not sized to the product template.
Opening the template file directly into Adobe Photoshop will not provide your art at the correct size. The file needs to be opened in Adobe Reader or Illustrator first to get specific template measurements and to create your template with correct size in photoshop in order for art to match the size of the product template.
